3. Products and Availability

Products for Sale: We offer fine art prints, books, and zines featuring my documentary photography. Product details and prices are listed on the site and are subject to change without notice.
Availability: We strive to maintain accurate stock levels, but some items, especially limited-edition prints or special projects, may sell out. If an item you order is unavailable, we will notify you promptly.

4. Ordering and Payment

Order Process: After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirms that we’ve received your order, but does not indicate that the order has been processed or shipped.
Payment: Payments are processed securely via Razorpay, Shiprocket . Your payment information is never stored on our site.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping: We ship to all over India. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and delivery times vary depending on your location.
Delivery Time: While we aim to dispatch orders within 7 business days, delivery may be delayed due to factors beyond our control e.g. weather.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on prints, books, or zines unless they arrive damaged. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if there’s an issue.
Damaged Goods: If you receive a damaged product, please contact us with photos of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
